The Golf Pool

Overview

The Golf Pool is a duct-tape and spit version of a fantasy league for professional golf

The league follows PGA Tour and Majors tournaments across the span of each professional golf season

Each week’s tournament is a standalone competition, with a standardized buy-in and a winner-takes-all payout

Weekly

Competitions typically run Thursday through Sunday of each week

Pick 8 players from 3 tiers of golfer, sorted by odds

Your 3 worst scorers are excluded from your accumulative total score

Any player who misses the cut in a tournament automatically gets +2 for the remaining days

Lowest accumulative strokes from par at the end of the competition wins

Picks open on the Monday for the week each competition starts

Picks close at 11:59 PM Central the night before the competition starts

If there are 5 or more participants in a competition, $20 will be removed from the total pot to cover the service fee from EasyOfficePools for the week’s pool
